We accept major credit cards, Paypal, money orders, and checks. If you choose to pay by check, your check must clear our bank before we can ship your item.
At this time we are shipping to the United States, Canada, Austrailia, Greece, India, Ireland, Israel, Netherlands, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, United Kingdom, British Virgin Islands, US Virgin Islands, and the United States Outlying Islands. Email me if your country isn't listed. Please allow 24 hours for your item to be shipped. We are generally able to ship your item the following day after receiving your cleared payment. When you purchase multiple items from us in one order, you are only charged what we are charged for the additional weight of the items. The cost of shipping and handling includes a delivery confirmation number. Shipping insurance is optional with all orders. We wrap and pack carefully against damage but we can't be responsible for how the post office handles your purchase.
Customer Service is our goal and we would not want anyone to be unhappy with their purchase. Please read all product information and contact us before your purchase if you are not finding the information needed to make your decision on a purchase. We will make every effort to respond within a 24 hour period or less.
Because our items are one of a kind, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
